Her name is Tonya Crooks and she is the best eyebrow shaper in Los Angeles if not the world! She is a lovely lady with a sincere approach to perfecting her craft. She has dedicated her time and passion to delivering the best eyebrow shapes possible. Talking with her, she made me understand why finding the right shape is so important and explained the true art behind it. I have to say I was quite impressed. I actually found myself completely engulfed in this topic. One would never believe that she has touched the face of so many A list stars, she is as down to earth as they come, warm and kind.
